WAKE UP

The last few weeks I have not been sleeping well at all. I have this archaic dog that gets up in the middle of the night and barks until you take him out. -.- My goals for this year are on the rocks, but I'm slowly starting to balance things out. I have been having weird anxiety about things that I shouldn't. Worst part is that it keeps me from sleeping most nights. Sometimes I think about the future, when I get old and getting diseases. I also have anxiety about having to get up, and being worried about whether I'll get enough sleep, and then I don't get enough sleep hahaha. Taekwondo and this blog are sort of an outlet. That and World of Warcraft mwahaha. I have been keeping myself busy with work and trying to establish myself. I feel stronger than I was a few years ago though. Definitely more appreciative. I am finding pleasure in small things, which I was not able to do before. HUZZAH My fiancé and I are planning our wedding, of course finances have to agree, which they never DO. LOL. But we are deciding on a WoW theme, Fall theme, or LOTR theme...maybe all 3. Yeah, we are nerds...BUT traditional nerds, not the "Hi I'm an attention whore nerd." Anyway, busy day ahead. Starting over, YET AGAIN LOL

Hey Guys, Haven't posted in a long while. Was doing very good on my weight loss journey regarding exercise and such. BUT, I hit a rough spot a few months back. I broke my hand pretty bad back during black belt testing. I could not really move or do much for a few months so I gained some weight back, not much around 7 to 8 pounds. I have lost a few pounds, but not as much as I would like. I have hit a plateau as far as working out and eating go. I definitely have to step it back up. One step I took is to shop in organic stores where the veggies look pretty good haha. I also am starting a garden with my grandfather. I actually find it fun. I do NOT have a green thumb...at all, but we will see how this goes. My fiancee and I are also going to be fishing and doing a lot of outdoors activities this spring and summer, so I'm hoping that helps. My motivation level is pretty bad at the moment. I still can't do much with my hand as far as weights go, but I can do cardio. I can spar, but it has to be light or no contact, and running gets boring. I DID, however, try out this lateral machine. That thing is meannnnnn. BUT it gets the job done. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know I was back in action!
